Hi! I'm grateful you're here. I create space to help others connect their mind, body, and spirit through yoga, meditation, and sound baths.

It brings me great joy to support those on their wellness journey with educational, soul enriching, and life charging experiences.

I've been practicing yoga for twenty one years, and teaching professionally for nine. I received over 500 hours of yoga certification, with numerous styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Tantra, Power, Restorative, Prenatal and Trauma Informed teaching.

I've taught in a variety of spaces including studios, outdoor venues in nature, festivals, pre-wedding family beach yoga, and private lessons in client's homes. My experience taught me how to customize the flow depending on hopes of the studio owners, energy of students in the room, as well as modifications for injuries.

Prior to teaching, I was classically trained as an actor, dancer, and singer performing in plays, films, commercials, & music videos in NYC/LA.

I received a Degree in Drama from LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, as well as a BFA in Acting from Ithaca College.

After five years working in the entertainment industry, I craved a modality where I could utilize my skills to help people with their journey to wellbeing. Seeking an answer, I attended a Yoga and Meditation workshop at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. It was here I realized I wanted to be a yoga teacher and wellness practitioner.

My education began at Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA where I received a 200 hour intensive training in 2015. Shortly after, I received my Kids Yoga teacher training from HOSH Yoga in Brooklyn, NY.

In 2016, I created and co-lead a workshop in Costa Rica that focused on public speaking using yoga, meditation, and techniques from my performance training. In 2018 I received a 300 hour intensive training while living in an ashram near Quito, Ecuador.

I am passionate about supporting students as they build mental and physical resilience, develop self-connection, and foster a sense of play.
